His guidance and expertise helped the company turn around its fortune. The company's annual turnover jumped from less than Rs. 2 crores in the past fiscal year to more than Rs. 4 crores in the year 2017-18. As business grew and in 2019, Shri Ghosh started Forgeron Industries Pvt. Ltd. to diversify into design and manufacture of Heavy Metal structures along with conveyors and related equipments.
